FAQ

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yep! We ship all over Australia — from Tassie to the Top End.

Wherever shift workers survive on caffeine, we deliver.

How long does shipping take?

Most items are made to order (because we’re fancy like that).

Generally:

  • Mugs: 5–10 business days
  • Apparel: 7–14 business days
  • Accessories: 5–10 business days

Peak seasons like Shiftmas may be a little slower — couriers get stressed too.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet — sticking to Australia for now while we grow this little chaos-powered empire.

How are the products made?

Everything is printed fresh when you order.

No dusty warehouse stock, no crusty mugs from 2014.

Your items are created just for you.

What if my order arrives damaged?

No stress — it happens.

Just email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we’ll sort it out fast.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because everything is made to order, returns/exchanges aren’t automatic — BUT if something’s wrong or you’re unhappy, reach out and we’ll take care of you.

Where is Shift Happens Co. based?

We’re proudly based in Tasmania, run by a real-life disability support worker who lives on coffee, chaos, and kindness.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and more — basically everything except emotional support IOUs.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yep! Once your order is printed and shipped, you’ll get tracking straight to your email.

Can I buy something as a gift?

Absolutely — our mugs and shirts make perfect gifts for support workers, carers, nurses, students, and anyone who survives shift life.

(Especially the ones who deserve something nicer than another pair of Kmart socks.)

Do you do custom designs?

Sometimes!

If you’ve got a shift-life saying, inside joke, or team idea — message us and we’ll let you know if it’s doable.

Who runs this store?

A support worker with a big heart, a creative brain, and a deep understanding that documentation and caffeine are basically religions.
